Repairs

There will always be the occasional hardware problem, even with the most reliable machines.  We have an efficient repair service, to help you carry on work with minimal disruption.

If we can repair hardware on your premises, we will.  One of the advantages of our remote monitoring is that we can often identify what’s gone wrong before we visit.  This means we can bring the relevant parts and get things fixed quickly.  If we have to remove equipment, we can provide loan machines, including servers.
