IP Telephony gateways convert voice to data and bridge existing phone networks with resident data networks. Using VoIP (Voice over IP) technology allows organisations to optionally route voice calls over existing data networks, instead of the PSTN and delivers substantial savings and benefits.   Dialling into the gateway from any PSTN (off-net dialling) as an authorised user, you can enter the IP telephony network.
