Why do I need Email?
Email is fast becoming the preferred tool to communicate between work colleagues and or friends. Gone are the days when you would write a letter or pick up the phone. Email is the quicker and cheaper option. If you have a large organisation then sending emails to people internally makes passing on information simple and cost effective. Like wise sending or receiving orders via the internet enables you to tap into markets that you may not have thought possible. People in other countries may want information on the goods or service that you provide. Email is quick and easy to send or receive information. You no longer have to wait for the request coming in via Fax or Post. 3 or four clicks of a mouse and it's there.

Which email system would suite me?
This all depending on how many users you have and how much you intend to use this facility. Here at Amshire we will try to establish the relevant information based on how much you want to spend, how many users you currently have, how you expect the use of email will progress.
