Why do I need system backups?
What would happen if your PC or Server crashed and you could not get the data off it? You would probable scream. At some point, we have all had some form of data loss. It could be caused by hardware failure, badly written software, corruption, theft, fire, virus attacks, or anything else to make YOUR data unusable. How much would it cost to try and rebuild the data you had - days, weeks, months or even years. You might not even get back some of your data.

For all of you that do regular backups - When was the last time you had to recovery data from one of your tapes? How many tapes do you have in you cycle? Here at Amshire we offer a service where we can perform a full backup or just a selective backup of one of your tapes. This will then give you the knowledge that your system is being backed up and that you can get back from a failure if required.
